Rajeev Venkayya is Director of Global Health Vaccine Delivery at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He is also Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Venkayya was previously Special Assistant to the U.S. President and Senior Director for Biodefense for the White House Homeland Security Council. Prior to these roles, he served as Special Advisor to the Director of the U.S. CDC.
